  • What are the payment options?

  • When will I receive my order?

  • What do I do if I never received my order?

If that is the case, there might be some logistical issues involved and you should check your order status, please go to ‘Track your order’ to check if your order is fulfilled. If there are still some issues regarding your order, please go to Contact Us and send us your enquiry.

 

  • What do I do if I received a defective order?

Usually the manufacturers are carefully chosen, but if you did receive a defective order, we’d be happy to arrange a refund for you. For the refund process, please refer to the Return Policy for more details.

 

  • How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

Our products are mainly manufactured in China/ Hong Kong, with a few exceptions in other countries.

For every product, there is a measurement/size reference. Please check the product description for that specific product.
